Let’s say you’re trying to sell a service that costs $200 and you get 60% of each sale. You advertised this service, and about 50 people bought it every month. Simple calculations:

  • 50$ times 200*0.6 = 6000$ per month. Nice!
  • If you run paid ads, your advertising costs are $3000. Then you’ll make $3,000 each month.
  • $3000 x 12 months = $40,000 per year

Great! But in this case, you will have to promote every month, pay for advertising every month, and put in time and effort every month!! Yes?!
